This are the projects currently on the drawing board so to say, or mostly this days on the computer screens. They could be at any stage of the of the design process, from concept design sketches to contract documentation phase. They are important as they show the current stance of the JMA design philosophy.

Not all of them are been worked on concurrently, as project go through the developing phases they tend to brew and stagnate for varying periods of time sometimes for years.
The time a project will remain in this section is unpredictable. Some project will undergo radical developments and changes from concept conception and others unfortunately will never get built, however they are never discarded as in future this collection will become relevant in forming the continuum of ideas developed by the practice.

It is envisaged that his section is the one that will get updated more frequently than any other as it enables clients and consultant to log in and download the most recent published version of the relevant projects.
