The Harding site sits at the Northern end of Attunga Heights and abuts the Western boundary of the Viridian Noosa development.
Basically the project consists of a ‘lodge’ situated towards the top of the site where currently a fibro cottage stands, and a series of multiple housing ‘cabins’ towards the lower end of the site. The whole project varies between part 3 storeys and majority 2 storeys above existing ground level.
Both the ‘lodge’ and ‘cabin’ ideas are different enough from neighbouring residential uses and significantly contribute to the diversity of this precinct that includes the ‘Viridian’ project and ‘Hales Lodge’.
